Tigerbells offers a temp-to-hire placement program that enables our valued clients to assess the capabilities of any qualified candidate prior to offering that particular candidate a direct-hire position. Should you eventually hire our candidate, we provide additional value by incrementally reducing our direct hire placement fee percentage for every 30 days that our candidate has provided temporary services to your firm or business.
